I’m 15 and I weigh about 120 pounds, im 5’2. I do not look like i weigh that much because i am a dancer and have a very large amount of muscle in my legs and arms. Ive heard that acai berries can help shed extra pounds, and i was wondering if anyone has ever tried it. I do not have very much fat but i would like to slim up a little bit without gaining anymore muscle.
Would acai berry supplements be a good solution for me?
