From what I understand most of the people who had major problems with ephedra had pre-existing medical problems or they where taking way more than the recommended dosage.

First it was the ephedra that was bad for the heart and now it is ephedra free and is bad for the liver. What a good product.
I lost 35 pounds in 8 months. No diet diet pills allowed.
All I did was modest exercise, no dairy products except for milk in my coffee and only eat meat once a week.
